Premium Package
Premium Package requires a down payment of ₪1,000 – ₪2,500.
- Includes air tickets, hotel, travel insurance, and visa assistance.
- Down payment must be made at least 2 months before departure.
- If the payment deadline is missed, A4Travels may increase the Premium Package price or automatically convert the booking to the Standard Package.
Important: Deadlines may be extended on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified if your payment can still be accepted after the deadline.
Standard Package
- No down payment is required when choosing the Standard Package upfront.
- Air tickets are not included.
- An ₪800 payment is required prior to your embassy appearance.
Premium Package Refund Protection
Optional refund protection is available for an additional ₪400.
90% Refund Protection
By adding ₪400 to your down payment, 90% of your down payment becomes refundable under the applicable conditions.
General Cancellations & Visa Refusals
Refunds are provided as a 90% Travel Voucher.
Embassy Application & Staffing Fee
Once you appear at the embassy for your visa application, the ₪800 payment is strictly non-refundable. This covers operational and staffing expenses.
